  • Lean Canvas Development: Developed targeted Lean Canvases for sectors including Forestry & Land Use, Household/Community Devices, Renewable Energy, Sustainable Urban Mobility, Food Safety, Community Interaction, and AGI+Green Judgment.
  • Outreach Preparation: Preparations underway for outreach to B and G sectors, aiming to gather insights for further refinement of Lean Canvases.

Tokenomics & Governance #

  • Reputation Marketing Research: Focused on developing mechanisms and identifying existing tools for efficient calculation and recording of reputation scores. A design document on Reputation Score is pending review.
  • Bounty Platform Evaluation: Evaluated Dework for bounty platform use; decided against using it due to concerns over limited future expandability.
  • Governance Token Ecosystem Development: Defined target user groups and evaluated the usability of governance tokens within these groups, with an Ecosystem & Token Design document for Governance Token pending review.
  • Web2.5 Reputation Score Pilot: Launched a pilot for a Web2.5 Reputation Score within the organization, including design documentation and a timeline of 1.5 months.

  • Front-end Development: Completion confirmed, with plans to add a user engagement tracking feature to collect data on the duration of user visits to each page.

  • Transportation Mode Classifier Development: Achieved preliminary test set accuracy of over 90% for the first version. Work in progress on verifying generalizability. Awaiting data from Data Collector for further development.
  • TMC Scaling/Deployment: Ongoing efforts to scale and deploy the Transportation Mode Classifier (TMC).
