GC 100 Pilot Reward Rule: Version 1.2 developed and finalized.
dVCM Lean Canvas: Draft version ready for discussion.

Reputation Marketing Research: Development focused on mechanisms for efficient calculation and recording of reputation scores.
Governance Token Ecosystem: Target user groups defined and usability of governance tokens evaluated within this context. Ecosystem and Token Design document for Governance Token prepared.

Community Definition: Identification of specific interests, target demographics, and optimal communication channels completed.
Operations Calendar: Establishment of a strategic planning calendar for community activities and engagements completed.

Transportation Mode Classifier (TMC) Development:
- Achieved preliminary result of over 90% accuracy on the test set.
- Generalizability verification in progress.

Data Visualization:
- Finalization completed, with plans to showcase animated trip visualizations to the group.
